• DS Compressor Air Hose is an extra heavy-duty, high-pressure hose for pneumatic service in mining, construction, and industrial service, where working conditions are especially severe. 
  The tube is made out of a heat-resistant synthetic rubber, reinforced by spiral-plied steel wire.
  Reinforced with steel wire, this hose can withstand higher pressure than other types of air hose. Hose interior is smooth for unrestricted flow. Can be used indoors and out. Not rated for vacuum.

• Fishing Spear

  A Fishing Spear is used to recover from a well any equipment left there during drilling operations, such as a lost bit or drill collar or part of the drill string or to remove from an older well certain pieces of equipment (such as packers, liners, or screen liner) to allow reconditioning of the well. 
  It is usually the first recovery tool engaged when tools are broken off in the bore hole. The Fishing Spear screws directly on the drill rods and will endure gentle driving to aid in spearing the last tool. Fishing spears are easy to break loose if the drill tools cannot be recovered.

• Bakerlok ® is a superior thread locking compound, commonly used for casing, tubing and drilling joints to prevent accidental detaching of string components during drilling operations.

• Air Hose Whip Checks, also known as Safety Cables, are used to prevent hose from whipping when couplings are accidentally disconnected.

  When hose, couplings or clamps fail or accidental separation of the assembly, safety cables minimize damage to equipment and injuries to operations. The cable reaches across hose fittings to provide stand by safety for hose. Spring loaded loops in cable ends allow the cable to pass over the coupling for a firm grip on the hose.

• A key source of damage to DTH hammers (apart from wear and tear) is insufficient lubrication. DTH hammers function in some of the worst environmental conditions encountering extreme heat, variable PH levels, salinity and a broad range of rock formations containing acidic and basic chemical compositions.

  This extreme operating environment can lead to pitting and weakening of the metal components, causing premature failure of the hammer components. Adequate water injection utilizing clean water and correct oil injection rates will help to reduce the abrasive and chemical effects of ground conditions encountered.

  The use of line lubricator is of extreme importance for an optimum operating efficiency of a DTH hammer, since it prevents the main causes of deterioration and premature failure of the hammer.
